THE PROGRAM

Goalkeepers are grouped by age and level to keep sessions competitive and development-focused.

Small groups (3–6 keepers per coach) ensure:

March 20th - Soccer and Sports Dome, Mississauga

This is a 3-hour high-level goalkeeper clinic led by former professional goalkeepers Andreas Vaikla and Quinn Stahmer.
Sessions are designed to replicate a professional training environment, combining technical development with real match application.
Goalkeepers receive hands-on coaching throughout, with constant feedback and correction to accelerate improvement.
Training focuses on:
• Shot stopping & handling
• Crossing & aerial decisions
• Distribution & positioning
